The goal for our management team is to establish the best framework conditions for efficient workflows and smooth project execution. This means combining processes as efficiently as possible. We emphasise continuous communication between our team and all the project contacts throughout the project, right from the initial consultation with our customers, and all the way through to acceptance. That means we are always ready to react flexibly to requirements and modifications, so that we can complete our projects on time and meet our high quality standards.

Andreas Ehret began his career in 1997 at SKE Support Services GmbH. He worked his way through various positions in the technical department, eventually becoming Division Manager for the company’s units in Germany. In 2018, Andreas joined BBGS, and in September 2019, he was made a managing director.

Christian Schumacher has over 20 years of experience in the international building sector. He has worked in various positions in Germany and abroad for Bilfinger AG and Züblin International. He became a managing director at BB Government Services GmbH in 2018, and is also managing director of our subsidiaries BB Government Services Srl in Italy, BB Government Services Sprl in Belgium, BBGS Spzoo in Poland and BBGSRO Construction S.R.L. in Romania.

Dominic Lembert graduated from a French Grande École and holds a business degree; he began his career as a corporate consultant. After around 20 years as managing director at regional pipeline and plant engineering firms, he joined BB Government Services GmbH in 2018 as the commercial manager, a role that he also holds for BB Government Services Srl in Italy and BB Government Services Sprl in Belgium.
