After a two-year break due to corona, this year BBGS resumed the firmly established tradition of running together as part of the B2Run company run in Kaiserslautern.
Already in summer, BBGS showed sporting commitment by participating in the Germany-wide "City Cycling" („Stadtradeln“) initiative in Kaiserslautern. All the greater was the motivation in the BBGS team for the preparation of the company run: 24 colleagues joined forces for the participation in the B2Run and showed that BBGS is strong also in the running discipline. Whether Nordic walking or jogging - the route could be toured by participants in a wide variety of running styles, so that participation was possible for every health and fitness level.
After joint training for preparation after work, the starting signal was given on September 15 in the Kaiserslautern city center. The team successfully covered 5 km - each one ran at their preferred pace.
At the finish line, the exhausted but happy faces gave out everyone’s satisfaction with the achieved goal. BBGS did also achieve its goal: namely, to demonstrate to the community and fellow companies its united team – a team of One which successfully faces the most diverse tasks and overcomes challenges together!
